Game 1
Mumbles Rangers 0 Sandfields 1
In this closely fought contest it
took an ex Mumbles player to create the chance that clinched
this game for Sandfields. Mumbles threw everything except the
kitchen sink but simply ran out of time. This was the second
defeat to the junior section new boys but we've been assured by
the Mumbles boys it wont happen a third time.
Game 2
Mumbles Rangers 0 Garden Village 0
This was a chance for all the new
boys to shine and they didn't disappoint with good displays from
William Davies, Charlie Perkins and Callum Evans against a very
good Village side. Mumbles almost took the lead when the ball
fell to Willam Davies inside the goal area only for a rush of
blood and the ball pushed wide, never mind there's always next
week.
Game 3
Mumbles Ranger 4 Talycopa 2
Mumbles Definatley leaving the best
till last with some truly fantastic goals from Cian Richards(1),
William Davies(2) and Curtis Mildenhall(1), Curtis is our top
scorer at the moment with 11 goals in 19 games, keep it up Curt
